PROJECT I I : The Series
Project II is an experimental way to approach speculative design to a young audience in an innovative way combining a very classical format as it is storytelling through a comic and coloring book but combining it with technology and modernity and posting it on Instagram as a dissemination platform.

This project acts as a provocateur particularly for the young audience with the intention to start a conversation about the alteration of one’s image, the pressures of the beauty standards that we are dealing with nowadays and what seams to be the unstoppable pollution of plastic in the planet
The Design: The Digital Canvas Suit
The speculative design presented is a suit made out of a fabric that works both as a screen and as a protector for humans, providing oxygen and nutrients. This screen allows the human to project its image however one wishes, with the power of altering its natural looks and achieving a perfectly realistic and natural appearance. This suit is set in a particular context (a future in which the humans polluted the earth with plastic and had to abandon it) and presented through a love story between Zak & Zuki.
Innovative Communication: A Story Book
With the intention to return to a more simpler time I wanted to disseminate my work as a story, creating a comic book that is also a coloring book; I also wanted to explore putting it in social media (on Instagram), because their profiles act now as extensions of the young person’s identity, sharing their thoughts, daily experiences and life online. It was interesting to combine the two of them to somehow try to convey a message of going back to more simpler times through the most modern platform there can be.
